You will shape the litigation team’s strategic direction and oversee delivery across a significant client portfolio, while supervising complex tribunal matters. You will collaborate with partners to grow the team and drive impactful, high-quality employment litigation outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead, support and grow a team delivering high-quality employment litigation services
• Supervise and develop junior team members
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders
• Drive innovative, technology-enabled ways of working, including AI and process improvements
• Oversee delivery across a significant client portfolio and supervise complex tribunal matters

Key requirements

• Qualified lawyer with strong academic background
• Solid experience in employment law, especially redundancy, unfair dismissal and discrimination
• Strong Employment Tribunal experience, including managing complex claims
• Experience using AI
• Experience advising on day-to-day HR issues, including grievance matters and Settlement Agreements
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Strong leadership skills
