Overview
Tribal Digital is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Digital Recruiter to help us place top performance-marketing talent across the UK. You’ll work with a mix of exciting digital agencies and in-house teams, sourcing specialists in PPC, Paid Social, and broader digital markets. If you love speaking to people, understand the digital landscape, and want to make a big impact in a scaling recruitment brand — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment process across digital & performance roles
- Build strong relationships with agencies & in-house marketing teams
- Grow and nurture your own network of digital talent
- Work closely with a supportive, ambitious team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital, marketing, media or tech recruitment
- Understanding of performance marketing (PPC / Paid Social ideally)
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Passionate about digital marketing & industry trends
