Lead Children’s Home Manager — Drive Care & Outcomes

Brook Street is recruiting a Registered Children’s Home Manager in Romford to lead a residential home with a focus on safety, development and positive outcomes for children and young people.

You will manage operations, lead a care team, ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted, and drive continuous improvement and quality assurance while maintaining strong partnerships with families and authorities.
