Senior Residential Deputy Manager – Youth Care

Area Camden is seeking a Residential Deputy Manager in Soham, Cambridgeshire. You will support the Registered Manager, supervise staff, oversee care quality, recruitment, training and financial duties while ensuring compliant, individualised care for youths aged 11-18.

You will assess needs, promote wellbeing, and uphold safeguarding with the Children and Young People’s workforce standards. This full-time role follows 12-hour shifts and a minimum average of 168 hours per month.
