Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead high-profile structural steel and architectural metalwork projects from initiation through completion. You will oversee 2–3 sites concurrently, crafting and maintaining project programmes to hit deadlines and budgets. You’ll coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to align specifications, while safeguarding safety and quality. You’ll identify risks, manage contracts and change orders, and mentor junior team members. This is a hands-on opportunity to drive delivery excellence on flagship projects in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control
• Manage 2–3 sites simultaneously
• Develop and maintain project programmes
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to meet specifications
• Monitor progress, safety standards and quality expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders and progress reports
• Mentor and guide junior project team members

Key requirements

• Experience in project management
• Desirable: Experience in the fit-out or staircase/structural steel industry
