People & Culture Advisor – HR Partner & Employee Experience

Hilton Foods in Huntingdon is seeking a seasoned People and Culture Advisor to act as the first point of contact between People & Culture and the wider business, providing guidance on ER and employment law, and supporting the implementation of the People & Culture strategy.

You will advise managers, manage absence, support onboarding, maintain records, and coordinate engagement activities, with CIPD level 3 preferred and strong Excel skills.
