About The Role
Pimlico Confectioners, a leading name in the confectionery industry, is seeking a motivated and ambitiousJunior Sales Executiveto join our growing team. This is an office-based position, ideal for someone eager to build a career in sales while contributing to the continued success of our business.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic sales professional who is confident in generating new business leads and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients. Youll have the ability to understand client needs and propose the best solutions, all while working towards and exceeding set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new sales leads
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Efficiently manage budgets and allocate resources to maximise outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to set, pursue, and achieve sales goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A good understanding of the sales process and client management
- Experience managing a book of business (advantageous)
