Principal Business Performance Data Analyst

You work closely with senior stakeholders to drive reporting capability and data-driven transformation. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of business performance analytics, reporting solutions and management insight across a complex delivery portfolio
• Translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, performance measures and analytical solutions
• Develop and improve reporting, automation and data visualisation capabilities to enhance performance
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and quality assurance across outputs and reporting activities
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions through evidence-based insight

Key requirements

• Significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business performance or performance reporting in complex organisations
• Expertise in data visualisation, reporting, performance management and analytical problem-solving
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-led insights and recommendations
• Experience coaching or mentoring others without formal line management
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills
