Senior/Principal Implementation Manager – Servicing

Overview

In this role you drive high-impact, cross-domain initiatives within Wise’s Implementation Management team to ensure compliant, on-time delivery of platform migrations, control rollouts, and product launches. You’ll act as a domain-smart leader, stress-testing plans and aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations. Your pragmatic, hands-on approach helps standardize processes, automate workflows, and scale execution with telemetry. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cross-squad, high-impact initiatives across compliance, platform migrations, control rollouts, and product launches
• Own end-to-end program governance including briefs, plans, outcomes, forums, artefacts, and accountability across teams
• Understand AML/KYC/Fraud domain and architectures to stress-test plans and guide critical trade-offs with senior stakeholders
• Balance product delivery with technical considerations by reviewing architecture diagrams and asking targeted questions
• Document workflows, automate manual steps, reduce friction, and establish telemetry to enable scalable execution across the organization

Key requirements

• 8+ years of delivering cross-functional technical or operational projects in roles such as Program Manager, TPM, or Fintech Delivery Lead
• Strong foundation in project/program delivery practices, governance, stakeholder reporting, and post-implementation audits
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to align product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders
• Ability to decompose complex programs to first principles and interpret system architectures
• Pattern recognition and structured thinking to create repeatable frameworks
• Pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a focus on solving real operational bottlenecks
