Therapeutic Care Lead — Children’s Home Deputy Manager

Purosearch Ltd in Castleford is seeking a Deputy Manager for a residential children’s home. You will support the Registered Manager in day-to-day management, lead a residential care team, and uphold safeguarding and high standards of care.

You will shape a safe, therapeutic environment, supervise staff, develop staff, ensure Ofsted readiness, and provide role modelling. Requires Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, at least two years’ recent residential care experience and 12 months
