Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims
• Develop litigation strategies and progress claims to settlement or trial
• Liaise with clients and medical/engineering experts to support claims
• Guide junior colleagues and contribute to the team’s success
• Handle claims often valued over 1 million
• Provide technical guidance and maintain high standards of client care
