Job Description:
Indigo is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to lead legal contracting and commercial activities across the business. You will develop a best-in-class framework supporting growth while minimising risk, working with sales, bids, procurement and project delivery teams.
You will review, draft and negotiate a range of domestic and international agreements, advise on risk and ensure governance and delegated authorities are followed across the contract lifecycle.
