Strategic Legal & Compliance Lead for AI & Payments (Hybrid)

Reward, part of the Rezolve Ai Group, is seeking an experienced Head of Legal & Compliance to shape and lead the legal, risk and compliance function at an exciting growth phase following the acquisition by Rezolve AI Plc.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll manage a small team, oversee complex technology contracts, GDPR/data privacy and AI governance, and partner with the executive team to balance commercial aims with sound risk management across international markets.
