Talent Acquisition Partner for Hotels

Warner Hotels in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to attract, source and recruit top talent for our eight hotels. You will collaborate with hotel hiring managers to understand needs, plan recruitment, and manage candidate experience from attraction through to offer.

Experience with a variety of tools and a proactive approach to building a strong pipeline are valued; ElementsSuite ATS experience would be a bonus.
