Mobilisation Talent Acquisition Consultant (Hybrid)

Serco Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Solihull for a 6 months fixed-term, hybrid role. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for a mobilisation project, delivering high-volume hires across contact centre and corporate roles, while managing specialist and niche vacancies with expert sourcing and market mapping.

You will attract, assess and appoint talent, build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure a seamless recruitment journey within mobilisation timelines.
