BMS Service Engineer / BMS Controls Engineer

Overview

In this role you will service, fault-find, and remediate BMS and HVAC controls across a regional patch, supporting commissioning and project delivery where needed. You will grow your technical skills through specialist training and work within a growing BMS-focused team. The position combines field-based diagnostics and improvements with opportunities to contribute to larger projects. A strong emphasis on reliability, efficiency, and continuous learning drives your daily impact.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive servicing, fault diagnosis and remedial works on BMS systems
• Support commissioning and project delivery requirements when needed
• Regional field role covering London, Basingstoke and the M4 Corridor
• Travel to customer sites across the region for diagnostics, repairs and improvements on BMS controls and associated HVAC plant

Key requirements

• Experience in BMS servicing, fault-finding and remedial works
• Knowledge of Siemens BMS
• Full UK driving licence
