Senior Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive the fraud analytics product portfolio, partnering with product, development and data science teams to solve customer problems and deliver measurable value. You will shape the product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and translate insights into user-focused features. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Support and Professional Services to ensure successful go-to-market and customer adoption. This is a global role that combines data-driven decision making with agile delivery to advance fraud prevention capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and lead the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with development teams, data science and other PMs to solve problems and deliver value
• Design and own the product suite strategy using market and customer insights
• Drive data-driven decisions to guide product development and user satisfaction
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with Sales, Marketing, Support and Professional Services
• Engage with a global team across UK and US time zones
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain stakeholder alignment

Key requirements

• Product Management/Owner experience
• Experience managing analytics products in the fraud space
• Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/ML
• Ability to analyze complex data in relation to ML/AI algorithms
• Commitment to delivering high quality to users and customer-centric decisions
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at varying levels
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; familiarity with SDD desirable
