Program Manager

Overview

In this role you lead cross‑functional programs from strategy to delivery, aligning them with business and customer value. You partner with sponsors to define success metrics and drive adoption, while navigating ambiguity and complex dependencies. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and coach delivery professionals, embedding responsible AI and scalable practices. This is a hands‑on opportunity to shape large programs with measurable impact across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead major, cross‑functional programs spanning multiple areas, regions, or functions with a clear delivery plan
• Define strategy, governance, objectives, and operating model for programs; maintain stakeholder accountability and manage dependencies
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, constraints, and change impacts; escalate with context and recommendations
• Partner with sponsors to define value and success measures; track benefits, readiness, and post‑launch performance
• Frame options in ambiguous situations and recommend paths using business, customer, financial, and delivery data
• Align senior stakeholders on priorities, scope, and resources; resolve conflicts and influence decisions without direct authority
• Provide concise, decision‑oriented communications to executives and delivery teams; ensure clear ownership and actions
• Lead the people side of change for programs, drive readiness, and reinforce adoption of new ways of working
• Mentor project managers and delivery professionals; share practices to raise execution quality while maintaining accountability
• Leverage approved AI and automation tools to improve planning, analysis, and delivery activities; ensure data quality and governance
• Identify opportunities to simplify end‑to‑end ways of working; scale successful practices and capture lessons learned
• Help teams adopt new tools and guardrails, addressing resistance or capability gaps
• Challenge unclear outcomes and non‑value‑driven approaches to ensure business value

Key requirements

• 8+ years of progressive project and program management experience with independent leadership of complex, cross‑functional programs
• Ability to create program strategy, integrated plans, governance, and executive decision structures in ambiguous environments
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and negotiating priorities and resources
• Experience managing program risks, dependencies, budgets or investments, and benefits or outcome measures
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills; ability to translate complex information into clear actions
• Experience using data and modern project, collaboration, automation, or AI‑enabled tools to improve delivery and decision support
• Working knowledge of responsible AI practices, including output validation, human oversight, data protection, transparency, and escalation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
