Responsibilities

• Advising on trade mark clearance, protection and brand strategy
• Managing UK, EU and international trade mark portfolios and prosecution
• Handling oppositions, invalidity and revocation proceedings
• Supporting enforcement actions and online brand protection programmes
• Building client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE
