Hospitality Talent Acquisition Lead – London

Montcalm Collection is seeking a Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across London hotels. You will advise hiring managers on attraction strategies, build pipelines for priority roles, and lead the recruitment process from brief to offer and onboarding.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-informed decisions, and experience with hospitality recruitment. You will work across multiple properties on an office-based basis with travel as needed.
