Recruitment L&D Specialist — Training & Growth Leader

Camino Partners Ltd, a specialist STEM recruitment business with a global presence, is developing its Learning & Development function in-house. They are seeking an L&D specialist to train recruitment consultants from induction through to advanced sales training.

You will work closely with the Managing Director, helping rebuild the sales pipeline and laying groundwork for a broader people-leadership path as the business scales.
