Youth ARC Lead: Trauma-Informed Family Support

The Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced ARC Manager for Cardiff Children’s Services Adolescent Resource Centre (ARC) to lead a team of Support Workers and a deputy manager. You will oversee delivery of trauma-informed, strengths-based services and ensure robust interventions for 11-17-year-olds on the edge of care.
