Pathway Coordinator: Supported Accommodation

Doncaster Council is seeking a dedicated Supported Accommodation Pathway Coordinator (CDC) based at Civic Building to coordinate access to supported accommodation, assess individuals, and match them to suitable services. Applicants should have relevant experience in housing, homelessness, social care or related services, with skills in assessments, support planning, risk management, safeguarding, and multi-agency working.

This is a full-time, temporary role with a fixed end date.
