Frontline Duty Manager — Lead Teams & Guest Experience

Whitbread is recruiting a Duty Manager for the Premier Inn at Darlington East (Morton Park). This 24-hour-per-week fixed-term role pays up to £13.06 per hour, with an end date of 28 February 2027, and requires leadership across front of house, housekeeping and restaurant duties to keep the hotel running smoothly.

You’ll lead shifts, support and coach staff, assist guests with queries and work closely with the Hotel Manager to deliver a great guest experience.
