Overview

In this role you will lead a high-profile, multi-site mechanical engineering operation within a global FM provider. You will deliver hands-on mechanical support for planned and reactive maintenance while safeguarding safety and compliance. You’ll coach and coordinate engineering staff across sites and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Engineer across a high-profile multi-site portfolio
• Provide hands-on mechanical expertise for all PPM and reactive maintenance
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and operational delivery
• Lead and mentor engineering staff across multiple sites
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence

Key requirements

• Strong mechanical background with proven track record in building services
• Previous experience as Engineer or Lead Engineer
• Mechanical, Pressure Systems, Steam, BOAS
• Comfortable working across a large, prestigious multi-site portfolio
