  • Build and maintain a continual, active pipeline of candidates through advanced internet searching, direct sourcing, cold and warm calling, networking, database mining, referrals, professional and social platforms, and other innovative channels.

  • Promote fair, inclusive and evidence-based recruitment practices that support the attraction of diverse talent.

  • Help identify and assess appropriate use cases for AI in talent acquisition, such as sourcing, recruitment administration, candidate communications, market intelligence and data analysis, while considering fairness, privacy, security, human oversight and regulatory requirements.

  • Undertake additional duties and projects that support the clients business priorities.

Experience Required:

  • In-house recruitment experience within financial services; banking experience preferred.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles and seniority levels.

  • Awareness of responsible AI principles and their application to talent acquisition.

  • Experience identifying, evaluating or implementing digital tools, automation or AI-enabled solutions in recruitment or other people-related processes is desirable.

  • Ability to assess AI use cases pragmatically, balancing efficiency and innovation with candidate trust, fairness, information security and regulatory obligations.

  • Experience contributing to careers site, employer brand, recruitment marketing or candidate experience initiatives is desirable.

  • Understanding of careers-site content, user journeys, accessibility, search engine optimisation, analytics or content management systems is advantageous.

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to deliver a high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders at all levels while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting priorities in line with business needs.
