Housing Rent & Income Support Advisor (Manchester)

Irwell Valley Homes is recruiting a Rent & Income Support Officer in Manchester to deliver rent and service charge income management, supporting customers to sustain tenancies and maximise income. This 12-month fixed term contract is full-time (35 hours per week) with a salary of £33,417.56 per annum and DBS checks will apply.

You will identify affordability pressures, provide early intervention, and work with customers and partners to achieve sustainable outcomes, including arrears recovery
