Arnold Clark is hiring a Monitoring Officer for our Alarm Receiving Centre in Glasgow. This full-time night shift role involves monitoring alarm activations, CCTV, and lone worker monitoring, with 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off pattern.

You will work to strict procedures, maintain confidentiality, and support a fast-paced control room environment. The ideal candidate will have control room experience, an SIA Public Space Surveillance licence, strong IT skills, and excellent customer service
