Art & Design Technician

Elliott Hudson College is seeking anenthusiastic and organised Art, Design & Technology Technician to supportour busy Art, Design and Technology departments. The successful candidate willprepare resources for lessons, maintain specialist equipment, monitor stocklevels, and help ensure safe, well-organised learning environments that supportexcellent teaching and learning.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Strong practical and technical skills.
• Experience working in a workshop, creative,technical, or educational environment.
• A good understanding of health and safetyrequirements.
• The ability to organise resources andmanage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamworkskills.
• Experience maintaining equipment andpreparing materials for practical activities.
• Knowledge of specialist Art or DesignTechnology equipment and machinery (desirable).
