Are you an experienced Children’s Social Worker seeking a contract that offers manageable caseloads, genuine flexibility, and supportive management?

We are working directly with a highly regarded Local Authority on the South Coast, which is looking to appoint experienced Social Workers to its Safeguarding Service. This is a great opportunity to focus on quality, relationship‑based practice while maintaining a healthier work‑life balance.

The role

• You will support children and families across a varied safeguarding caseload, including:
• Child in Need (CIN) assessments and plans
• Child Protection (CP) intervention and planning
• Long‑term safeguarding and family support
• Multi‑agency working with partner professionals
• Assessments, care planning, and direct work with children and families
• Minimal court work, enabling you to focus on frontline practice
