Active Care Group is recruiting a Therapeutic Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Woodlands, York team. You will support rehabilitation programmes prescribed by therapists and assist with ward-based care, mobility, transfers and activities throughout a 7-day rota.
Excellent communication, teamwork and a willingness to undertake specialist training are essential. The role is full-time, 37.63 hours per week, with a pro rata salary of £29,216.28 per year.
