• We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Discharge to Assess Service to provide Reablement Therapy to a reablement care provide in Mid-essex. You will work alongside other physiotherapists, occupational therapists and rehabilitation assistants, Domiciliary Care staff to deliver a reablement and rehabilitation service for patients living in Mid Essex.

Requirements

• 1 year(s) post graduate experience
• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work
• DBS or Police Check
• HCPC Registered
