Eventogy is seeking a hands-on support and client-service professional for its London team. You will handle technical and application support for a SaaS platform used by banks, law firms and manufacturers, resolving issues and guiding clients through complex configurations.
You will also manage hosted events for clients, building branded event websites, running registrations, and configuring engagement tools. The role requires strong liaison with engineering and product and a proactive attitude.
