- Manage the affiliate trade calendar to ensure all planned activities are executed.
- Brief publishers on the latest promotions and priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business targets and align affiliate activities accordingly.
- Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage key affiliate relationships alongside the Affiliates Specialists and Affiliates Manager.
- Handle commissions and associated affiliate administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of Affiliate Marketing in the digital media industry.
- Experience in an Affiliate or Digital Marketing role, ideally on the brand/client side.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in reporting tools like Google Analytics and Awin.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience with key affiliate KPIs such as EPC, CPA, ROAS, and CPC.
- Familiarity with PPC, Display, and Paid Social channels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for digital marketing.
