SAP Asset Management Solution Consultant

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of SAP EAM solutions and Accenture’s BlueWorx tools for asset-intensive industries, shaping implementation approaches and driving value for clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize EAM processes, demonstrations, and workshops that translate business needs into practical solutions. You will help develop proposals and support business development while building trusted client relationships. This position offers the chance to influence asset management transformations at scale and stay at the forefront of SAP and BlueWorx innovations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP EAM solution delivery across asset-intensive industries
• Implement and configure BlueWorx asset management solutions aligned to client processes and SAP EAM environments
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align on designs
• Configure SAP EAM processes including maintenance, work, asset, and preventive maintenance; manage related integrations
• Conduct product demos, solution showcases, and PoC activities for SAP EAM and BlueWorx
• Translate complex business requirements into practical SAP EAM/BlueWorx recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Support business development through proposals, presentations, demos, and solution discussions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships delivering advisory services and quality outcomes
• Identify opportunities to expand client value via BlueWorx capabilities and related Accenture assets
• Stay current with SAP Asset Management innovations and industry best practices to provide thought leadership

Key requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Advanced proficiency in Client Relationship Management
• Experience delivering SAP EAM implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects
• Experience facilitating workshops, demonstrations, and presenting to business stakeholders
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
