Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting health care assistants to join our acute frailty unit. You will be enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about caring for older patients on admission, discharge or transfer within 72 hours.
You will work under the supervision of a nurse and alongside a large multidisciplinary team, delivering the fundamentals of care and supporting patients to achieve their goals.
