Commercial Legal Counsel – Oil, Gas & Trading

SOCAR Trading SA is seeking a proactive Legal Advisor to support the trading lifecycle from contract negotiation through to performance, claims and dispute management.

You will draft and negotiate trading agreements for crude oil, refined products and natural gas; advise traders and shipping teams on contractual issues; contribute to templates, NDAs and contract management best practices to help scale business across markets.
