BM Caterers is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Talent team in London. You’ll own vacancies from brief to hire, work with managers across hospitality, culinary and operations, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role is full-time and hybrid, with travel as needed and reimbursement per policy. You’ll manage adverts, screen applicants, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding.
