Property Compliance Lead – Hospitality (Multi-site, London)

Urban Pubs & Bars Ltd. in London is seeking a proactive Property Compliance Manager to own statutory property compliance across our multi-venue estate, ensuring safety and regulatory standards are met.

You’ll work with the Head of Property and operations teams to schedule inspections, manage contractors, and drive improvements as we continue to grow our London pubs, bars and restaurants.

This field-based role requires hands-on oversight and a readiness to travel between venues.
