Senior Ecologist – Renewable Energy & Biodiversity Lead

LUC is seeking a Senior Ecological Consultant or experienced Consultant Ecologist to join our Bristol or Cardiff teams. The role supports renewable energy projects and our broader portfolio across south-west England and Wales, with a hybrid office model and travel across sites as needed.

Ideal candidates will have substantial consultancy experience, strong UK wildlife knowledge, and be able to lead projects and mentor juniors while collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices in the UK.
