Accrue is a specialist sales recruiter placing revenue talent into fintech, payments, brokerage and financial services. Our clients are ambitious, founder-led and growth-focused sales floors where targets are high, accountability is real and the best performers are well rewarded.
We’re a team of four looking to double in size by 2027, so you’d be joining at an early stage with real room to take control of the opportunity for growth in your career.
We’ve worked in these environments ourselves. Our senior team comes from high-performing front office and sales recruitment backgrounds in the Fintech / FX industry, so we know what great sales talent looks like and what it takes to place it.
The role:
You’ll run the full 360 cycle:
- Win and develop client relationships with senior sales leaders and founders
- Build your own network of high-performing sales candidates
- Assess candidates on character, resilience and drive, not just their CV
- Manage searches from brief to offer, and grow your own client base
You’ll have real ownership from day one. As we grow, you’ll have the chance to lead your own desk and help shape the team around you.
About you:
- 2-3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in sales or a target-driven agency environment
- Looking to move into a 360 role and take on full ownership
- Competitive, resilient and consistent, and comfortable being measured on results
- Great at building rapport with demanding clients and candidates
- Want to be around high standards and people who push you to improve
What you’ll get:
- £30k-40k base salary, depending on experience
