Dispute Resolution Associate (2-3 PQE)
We are working with an international law firm on a position within their Dispute Resolution team in their Bristol office. The position is for a 2-3 PQE Associate.
The Bristol office is fully integrated with the firm’s London practice and works exclusively on London and international matters. Much of the work is cross-border, and you will act for major clients on high-value, complex, and often multi-party litigation.
You will be working on a broad range of general commercial disputes, covering High Court litigation and international arbitration, including contractual and shareholder disputes, financial markets claims, fraud claims, and debt recovery and enforcement. The team acts for financial institutions, asset managers and corporates, with a particular strength in banking and financial services disputes.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 2-3 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally including High Court litigation or international arbitration
- Exposure to financial services or banking disputes would be an advantage
- Background at a leading City, national or international law firm
- England & Wales qualification
