Hybrid Occupational Health Advisor – Wellness Focus

Leeds Beckett University is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join the HR team. This part-time role offers hybrid working (15–22.5 hours/week) and the opportunity to support colleagues across the workforce, helping them stay healthy, return to work safely and feel supported.

You’ll manage referrals, advise on fitness for work, workplace adjustments and rehabilitation, and work with HR to improve services while maintaining confidential records in a complex organisation.
