Ethical Collections Specialist – Hybrid Financial Services

Asset Finance International in East Kilbride is seeking an experienced debt collection professional to join our Asset Finance team on a hybrid basis.

You will mitigate losses, engage early with customers in financial difficulty, communicate empathetically by phone, post and email, assess circumstances with income/expenditure analysis, and clearly explain repayment options while signposting debt advice, with a strong focus on vulnerable customers.
