Rituals in Cambridge is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to deliver the Feel-Good Experience across our boutique. You will greet customers with our signature tea, help them discover products they love, and create memorable shopping moments that reflect the Rituals brand.

Alongside delivering excellent service, you will contribute to achieving sales targets, maintain impeccable presentation, manage registers and stock, and embody the luxury look and feel that defines Rituals.
