Ability Housing Association is seeking a Support Worker to provide outcome-focused support to people living with mental illness or dual diagnosis at Hayes Park Lodge, Hayes. You will work as part of a friendly team on a full-time basis, covering a rolling rota including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities include developing person-centred support and safety plans, liaising with mental health agencies, and promoting independent living skills to help customers move on.
