Hybrid Residential Service Charge Accountant – London

Dianaduggan is seeking Residential Service Charge Accountants to join our client’s finance team in London. You will manage and reconcile service charge accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while collaborating with auditors and property management teams.

The role requires experience in residential service charges, working with external auditors, and familiarity with property management databases and the RICS Service Charge Code.
