The Role:
As a Luxury Sales Assistant, you will be an ambassador for the brand, providing an elevated shopping experience tailored to each client’s needs. You will build and nurture strong relationships, utilizing your expertise in clienteling and CRM to develop a loyal customer base. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and ensuring the highest level of service within a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalised service and expert product knowledge.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business.
Utilise CRM tools to track customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
Support the wider team in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
Uphold the brand’s premium standards, from visual merchandising to in-store presentation.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in luxury retail, with a strong focus on clienteling and CRM.
A passion for high-performance fashion and premium craftsmanship.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
