People Operations Coordinator (Onboarding & Service Desk)

Kaluza is seeking a People Operations Administrator for a hybrid uk role based in London, Bristol or Edinburgh. You will triage employee queries, support onboarding and payroll inputs, and help streamline processes with Jira Service Desk to improve our employee lifecycle.

You will work with payroll, benefits, compliance and onboarding, while adopting automation and AI to reduce manual work and enhance the employee experience. This is a collaborative, growth-focused role.
