Residential Care Team Leader — Child-Centered Leadership

Resicare Alliance Children’s Care is seeking a Team Leader to lead and support a team of Residential Support Workers, delivering safe, child-centred care to children and young people in a residential home.

You will work with the Deputy and Registered Manager, guiding the team to meet complex needs, promote resilience and build positive relationships, while modelling professional practice and safeguarding every day.
